At Ever Stock, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted leather products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.

❗ Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

    • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable:

      • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

      • Personal care or intimate products

      • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

      • Gift cards

      • Downloadable software

      • Health & hygiene items

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding:

    • Approval or rejection of your refund

    • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days

⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

    2. Contact your credit card company (may take time to reflect)

    3. Contact your bank for processing delays

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

    • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value

    • Once received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate

If not marked as a gift:

    • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
